Comments: This conjunctive system gives the facility the option to divert wastewater to the sanitary sewer. CCCC requested a permit rescission in February 2020. Because of the complexity of the system, DWR staff had to confirm the system could not be operated. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a site visit was not possible. DWR staff requested additional information from the facility to ensure the system could not be used. CCCC staff responded with a letter and several pictures of components of the facility. It was determined that a site visit would be the best option to ensure components of the reclaimed system were inoperative. Ray Milosh inspected the facility on May 15, 2020 and confirmed the facility has turned off all the electric panels that run water through the sand filters. Facility has capped off the pipe that could send reclaimed water out to toilets. Facility has also made permanent the connection of city water to toilet flushing and repainted the pipes from pantene purple to blue. Wastewater from the facility is routed to the sanitary sewer and has been for some time. WQROS Reviewer: 2.4.7 2-C) Date: 74 Y'Arti' FORM: WQROSNDPRR 08-17 Page I of l
