Mr. Tim Church, ORC, was present for the inspection. The inspection is comprised of an overall evaluation of the facilities equipment, capability to meet effluent limits, and compliance with the NPDES permit. Permit Your NPDES permit became effective on April 1, 2011 and expires on March 31, 2016. It is recommended that the permittee register for eDMR. Self -Monitoring Program A review of the monthly self -monitoring reports from January 2015 through August 2015 reported no flow. The monitoring reports are correctly submitted.
