Dear Mr. Johnson:
Division of Water Resources (Division) staff person Caitlin Caudle has completed a review of the 2019 Annual
Report. The report reflects compliance with the subject permit. A routine compliance inspection is planned to
be completed within the next 12 months.
The following item of concern was noted:
The annual report was titled "Collection System Annual Report" and included the permit number for the
collection system. In the future, annual reports should be titled to denote the Class A Residuals Management
Program and include the permit number for the Distribution of Class A Residuals permit.
