If in the future your municipality wishes to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, it must first apply for and receive a new NPDES permit. If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message. We haven't had any flow since January of this year. The City of Greenville would like to have the NPDES permit rescinded effective this month, if possible. If we can get the permit rescinded this month will we have to provide the May eDMR or will the previously submitted April eDMR be sufficient?
