Jess,
You could just document this using the modification form on the web site.
Thanks for checking and have a good day,
Annette

Bethany and Annette,
I hope you are doing well. I have a question for you that I hope you can give me some guidance on. We have a property
in Creedmoor that we purchased under an LLC but is owned and operated by DR Horton, Inc. I have included the
Secretary of State info for your viewing pleasure. We have a current COC for this property already under the LLC (also
attached). We have purchased the lots under the DR Horton, Inc. name to get building permits (in order to sell them by
DHI to homewowners). We are not required to pull an additional grading permit for these lots because they are fully
permitted by the LLC already. That means we won't have a letter of approval. How do we document this situation for
the COC? It looks like a different property owner but it is not. Sorry for another crazy question. I just want to make
sure I'm completely transparent and document everything correctly. Hope you are both doing well.
