Dear Mc Setzer:
On June 9, 2009, I inspected the construction work on US Highway 64 in Clay CounTy and the project appears
to be in relatively good shape considering the amount of rainfall received on the project. Construction work
consists of heavy grading. The erosion and sedimentation control structures, vegetative covering, and matting
appear to be working properly; however, some cleaning of sediment and erosion control structures is needed.
Please continue to ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and that seeding and
mulching are performed as needed to protect downstream waters. A copy of the inspection report is attached
to this letter.

construction project in Cluy County. The rainfall dtrta and erosion control records appear to be maintained in
