Records indicate that you issued this one on 12/8/09; however, Linda Diebolt delivered this morning PCN page 7
showing zone 1 & zone 2 buffer impacts.
It will be necessary to "re-issue" this project with a new 401 WQ Cert letter rather than make it a Ver 2 reflecting
the buffer impacts.
