pad drains are locked and closed, and must be inspected for the presence of oil prior to
discharging to the stormwater outfalls as per the site SPCC plan). (2009 Staff Report).
• The only vehicle maintenance performed on site is forklift maintenance and repairs, which are
all performed inside the building by a contractor. The contractor is responsible for disposing of
any fluids generated during forklift maintenance. (2009 Staff Report).
Impairment:
• This site discharges to impaired waters experiencing problems with fish tissue mercury.
