The sewer outfall serving this subdivision will tie into an existing sanitary sewer manhole in Sherrill's Ford Road that drains to Catawba Co. Pump Station. Approximately 4,119 linear feet of PVC gravity sewer main, 1,451 of DIP gravity sewer main, 2,880 linear feet of 3-inch PVC and 40 linear feet of 3-inch DIP force main. 8-inch gravity sewer mains with 89 new services will connect to a new pump station then to the proposed 3 inch force main that will be installed to an existing manhole in Sherrill's Ford road. A total of 89 new residences are planned for this subdivision. The design and plan review was done in accordance with NCDEQ's Gravity Sewer Minimum Design Criteria and the City of Graham's standards and specifications.
