Dear Mr. Biernakci:
Pursuant to your request received April 10, 2002, the Non-Discharge Permitting Unit is granting an extension to
Permit Condition IV.1(a) issued March 11, 2002 for the subject spray irrigation facility. Permit Condition IV.1(a)
should now read as follows:
a. Within one hundred twenty (120) days of permit issuance, the Permittee shall provide, in
writing to the Raleigh Regional Office, the methods they intend to utilize for proper disposal of
the residuals. This notification shall include an acceptable timetable for accomplishing
residuals removal/disposal, the abandonment and salvage of the wastewater collection,
treatment, and disposal facilities, and the reclamation of the spray field site. This notification
shall be sent to the address below:
