A North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) Fisheries Resource Specialist has
reviewed the Division of Water Resources application for proposed actions that may
impact fish and fish habitats. The proposed project, ID number 20200560, is located at
2528 Lassiter Mill Road, Raleigh, within Wake County. The closest waterway is Beaverdam
Creek, of the Neuse River Basin. DMF has no comment to provide on the project, and is
submitting this response to fulfill your permitting requirements. Please contact James
