We will need verification from Union County (as the permittee) that this development will be bedroom limited to an average of 3-bedrooms per home or less. If they cannot provide documentation/verification, then the per -lot permitting reduction of 280 GPD would need to apply. Additionally, you may wish to remind them at the same time that their annual evaluation of the average number of bedrooms is due by June 30" of this year (for homes constructed in 2019) to verify that they have not exceeded the county -wide average of 4-bedrooms per lot — they may submit that to me via email. This analysis has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using the best available data.
