I am writing in response to your March 2, 2007 letter. Item 3 of that letter
requests that Rowboat Dock and' Dredge immediately provide documentation
showing that payment has been made to the North Carolina Ecosystem
Enhancement Fund in order to compensate for buffer impacts. Please find that
documentation attached.
The remaining items listed in your letter will be addressed within the required 60
day window. Upon completion of all work authorized by the 401 Water Quality
Certification a permanent ground.cover sufficient to restrain. erosion on the
complete 20 foot corridor will be installed aril a fully executed Certificate of
Completion wil'I be returned to the 401 Oversight/Express Review Permitting. Unit.
