Dear Mr. Griffin:
The Division of Water Resources (DWR) acknowledges receipt of your 2019 Annual Report for the
subject permit submitted by Mr. Drew Lucas. A review of this report was conducted by DWR staff person
Justin Henderson. Review of the subject report reflects non-compliance with Permit No. WQ0001347.
The following deficiency warrants your attention and action:
1) Failure to submit the subject report on or before March 1st in accordance with Permit Condition
IV. (7). While, the facility reported that no operations, authorized by the subject permit were
conducted in 2019, submission of an annual report on or before March 1st shall be conducted
provided the subject permit is being maintained.
This is a repeat deficiency as the 2018 Annual Report was also submitted after March 1, 2019.
If future land application events are planned, please consider contacting DWR staff prior to the event so
that an onsite compliance inspection may be completed. If you have any questions, please contact Justin
