Staff of the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) conducted a compliance inspection on
January 27tn, 2020. The MRO would like to thank Mrs. Bass and Mr. Sid Gaskins (system
contractor) for their time during the inspection. Based on the site visit and the January 291n
2020 email communication received from Mr. Gaskins, necessary repairs and routine
maintenance items were completed.
The following items of interest are noted:
• Per our phone conversation today, your home is sold and you are moving; but, your
current contact information (email and phone) is valid for the remainder of this year. A
hardcopy of this report will also be mailed to the current resident.
The Change of Ownership, Renewal Application and Operations and
Maintenance Agreement Forms are attached to this email for permit transition to
the new owners.

• This system has historically shown significant organic material at the filter and
growth of biomass throughout the system (vs. occupancy of two adults for the
past several years). Mr. Gaskins cleaned all filters during the site visit. The main
filter may require more frequent cleaning than is currently scheduled with the system
contractor. Your contractor can advise or train you on filter cleaning between visits.
