The Moore County Water Pollution Control Facilities hereby
agrees to conditionally accept up to 1,150 gallons per day
of wastewater from the referenced project in accordance with
a request of September 17, 1990 by Pinehurst Sanitary
Company.
Upon completion of the referenced project, the applicant's
engineer is to provide this office with the following items:
1. Infiltration in gallons per day.
2. Certification of completion as defined by N.C.
Statutory Requirements #143-215.1; Section 2-H.0220.
After Moore County has recei �7Pd a Copy of tbp certification
of completion, our office will provide a final acceptance
statement.
