Justin,
I will address each point from the letter below:
1. We will submit a modification to increase the dry ton limit for Dave County. The percent solids were higher than
expected in the analyses this year.
2. 1 should have clarified in the cover letter but we had the lab re -run the lead (same sample) as soon as we
received the results and saw that the lead was high. It was re -run and came back non -detect. The email from our
lab contact was included in the report as well as the re -run lead analysis.
3. The lab analysis should be excluded from this section as it was re -run.
a. The pathogen & vector forms (4) indicated the monitoring period as 2019 but there were 4 forms, and 4
corresponding samples.
b. The forms that we use were provided by the state and sometimes do not save the way that they are
typed in. Some use macros and some are locked for check boxes. We will double check the check boxes
in the future, but type-o's will happen.
