Hi, Suzanne. I believe I may have paid the $100 fee associated with the below two times. I hadn’t realized the engineer
at Alpha and Omega, who we had contracted with the design of our pond, had already paid the $100 on our behalf. I
paid the $100 in parallel with him paying it.

Can you please check? If I did over pay, what happens? If reimbursement is not possible, can the fee be applied to the
annual fee next year?
