The Division of Water Resources (DWR) acknowledges receipt of your 2019 Annual Report for the subject
permit. A review of this report was conducted by DWR staff person Justin Henderson. While review of the
subject report reflects compliance with Permit No. WQ0028806, the following items of concern warrant your
attention:
1) On Form DMSDF, submitted in the subject report, you indicated that the facility was in operation
during the past calendar year. This response conflicts with the included Cove Letter also submitted
with the subject report that stated: There was no land application in 2019. Please ensure all forms
relay consistent and accurate reporting of facility operations for the specified report period.
If future land application events are planned, please consider contacting DWR staff person Justin Henderson

may be completed.
