In response to your letter of February 5, 2020:
Violations:
1. Records are being maintained and on the proper forms. Our inspection report shows a follow-
up inspection in April.
2. Soil samples will be submitted when the land is dry enough to obtain samples.
3. Woody vegetation is being removed as the ground is dry enough to maintain the integrity of the
embankment.
Other Concerns:
Calibration has been completed in 2019 on our slurry tanker.
