Areas to be protected will be clearly marked to minimize the potential for unauthorized or
accidental disturbance.
Best Management Practices will include utilizing iltation trapping ponds and other erosion
control structures where appropriate. Impacts from azardous materials and other toxins to fish
and aquatic life such as fuels will be avoided by not{ permitting staging areas to be located near
surface waters.
As required by the 401 Water Quality Certification nditions, measures will betaken to prevent
