Describe the attachments:
Application modifications include changes to temporary impacts (dewatering) and differentiating between
permanent bank stabilization and floodplain bench impacts.
- Dewatering will be accomplished through staged construction vs. stream channel relocation. Culvert will be
built in place and is not a precast structure. This will allow water to be diverted around barrel 1 when under
construction and diverted into barrel 1 when barrel 2 is under construction.
Impact Summary:
- Permanent impacts due to construction of floodplain benches = 51 Linear Feet
- Permanent impacts due to bank stabilization = 13 Feet
