Site visit conducted in response to closure plan and structure cleanout. Staff met onsite with Mr. Newlin and SWCD staff Wally
Walker to discuss the cleanout of the structure and plans going forward. DWR staff were satisfied with the plans to excavate the
remaining waste material from the bottom of the structure and fill in structure with exisiting soils and embankment soils then
seed on top. DWR staff will follow-up when structure has been closed completely.
