Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection Form from the inspection
conducted on September 13, 2013. The facility was found to be in Compliance with permit WQ0005603.
The ash basin may be closed out as the facility is no longer using a coal fired boiler. I have
enclosed a copy of the closure guidelines for coal ash basins. Please review the guidance and contact us

mowed and monitored.
