inspection conducted on September 8, 2011. The facility was found to be in Compliance with
permit WQ0005603.
The Asheville Regional Office will continue to split samples to evaluate the groundwater
monitoring program. Recommendations for addressing the ash basin and the monitoring well
network will be made when the results of the November sampling event have been evaluated.
