As we discussed, I did not include the managed roadway shoulder or the existing sanitary sewer easement areas in the calculations. Also please note that the area of the culvert extension is bounded on the south side by the sanitary sewer easement and on the north side by residential landscaped areas and the footprint of the existing home.
