Additional information will be required in order to complete the review process. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: Your application describes the property as "single family residence... undeveloped /pasture and wooded" and your request is for the construction of an "agricultural/irrigation pond." Please provide a description of the agricultural operation that requires the requested impacts. 2. Please provide information provided by the USDA-NRCS or County Soil and Water office regarding pond size requirements for irrigation needs. Please provide your response in writing to the addresses below prior to December 31, 2009. This letter only addresses the preliminary application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers.
