your letter dated March 2, 2020:
Harnett Alain Campus 1. What if anything, does the facility plan to do with currently installed

2. How will the facility prevent use of reclaimed water systems permitted

1105 Kelly Ur. The College will loci: out and tag out all electrical equipment associated with
Sanford, NC27330-9840 the Reclaimed Water System. to include all water pumps, instrumentation.
[phone] controls, and irrigation equipment. Also, we will physically disconnect the
reclaimed water piping from the restrooms served and connect city water
supplies to the restrooms.
3. The reclaimed water generation system utilizes a septic tank and sand filters
to treat wastewater. Please explain the path of wastewater from the facility
through the system components. At what point can wastewater be diverted to
the sanitary sewer?
If the reclaimed water System fails to function, all wastewater goes directly to
the Town of 1'ittsboro sanitary sewer system. This manhole connection is
located in the septic tank field.
4. The Permittee has expressed desire to rescind permit WQ0033406. In order
to do so, the Permittee must submit a signed letter, or email, from an
authorized authority requesting rescission.
