Hey Annette,
I never heard back from you on this so I wanted to touch base.
See attached email sent to NCDEQ (Mooresville).
Hopefully James can review the site the first week of April so that paperwork can be processed and the No Exposure as
well as letter of rescission can be issued.
All the paper work has been submitted, we are just waiting on the inspection.
I am little concerned since this permit will expire 4/30/20.
Thanks in advance,
Brad

Good morning James,
Duke submitted both a letter of rescission and a no exposure letter late last year for the Industrial Stormwater Permit
for Riverbend Station. This permit will expire 4/30/20. We have been on a hold with the county permitting but plan to
be completed and ready for inspection by 3/17/20.
Being that the building will be completed by middle of March, would that be enough time to request a visit from
Mooresville NCDEQ and process the paperwork prior to 4/30/20 expiration date?
If not, is there an option to extend the permit by a month or what are our best options?
Thanks for your help in advance,
Brad
