Good afternoon, Richard, EPA is conducting an audit of specific permit files this week, and they are asking about transmittal letter + inspection report records for the following that Mecklenburg County would have conducted on DEQ's behalf at the time. Do you all have a copy of this record? Stormwater NPDES Permit No. NCG030629 (Wire -Bond): transmittal letter with 8/24/2018 inspection report Please copy Brianna on any responses, as she is trying to gather this before EPA concludes their audit this week. I apologize for the short turnaround; we were notified about this document deficiency after all of us dispersed to various teleworking stations, and it's been tough to track down these last-minute requests with the right contacts.
