A Compliance Inspection for permit renewal was performed on January 2, 2020. An LA event did not occur during the January 2020 site visit. The AR report indicates that field CA-15-10 required 1.7 tons of lime to raise the pH from 4.9 to the minimum reauirement of 6.0. Hauling records for 2019 were requested by email. Please remember to include truck hauling records in future ARs. Pathogen and Vector Attraction Yes No NA NE a. Sampling Yes No NA NE Describe sampling: Sampling is 7 grab samples for Fecal Coliform using SM 9222D 2 x 10 to the 6th power MPN to prove adequate reduction has been achieved. Based on the Alkaline Stabilization tables, reduction is being achieved. Is sampling adequate? ❑ ❑ ❑ Is sampling representative? 0 ❑ ❑ ❑ Comment: The seven grab samples from different areas is used to obtain representative sampling. Page 4 of 4
