Enclosed is a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection report for the inspection conducted at the
subject site on March 6, 2020, by MRO staff. The MRO would like to extend a thank you to Chris Orrell
and Joe Nestor of ECS for their time and effort to assist with this inspection. Also, the MRO would also
like to extend a thank you to your staff for their assistance during the site visit.
Your current permit is due for renewal on June 30, 2020. It is our understanding that the renewal
application for this permit has already been submitted to our Central Office in Raleigh.
The facility appears to be in compliance with the permit.
