This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection. Concerns noted during the inspection are outlined below: 1) Ms. Park also noted a data transcription error for dissolved oxygen for July 22, 2020. Operators must be more careful when transcribing data from source documentation to DMRs to prevent such reporting errors.
