The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore,unless we receive five copies of the additional information requested below,we will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. If we do not receive the requested information,your project will be formally returned as incomplete. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: l. Please re-submit your entire site(subdivision master plan)plans on full plan sheets at a scale of no smaller than 1"=50' with topographic contours shown. Additionally, please submit one(1) data CD of full size plans in TIFF Group 4 format(black and white, not grayscale or color). If the plans are too large to store in TIFF format,they can be stored in PDF. 2. Please verify that the USACE will be considering this project a single and complete project and not considering the whole Westerfield subdivision as one project. 3. Please provide building envelopes for all lots with wetlands, streams or buffers(or lots 54-58)on the site plans. 4. Per the requirements of GC 3705, this project must comply with Stormwater Management Plan (SMP) Requirements for Applicants Other Than the North Carolina Department of Transportation, available at: http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/ncwetlands/documents/SMPReq uirementsforAppl icantsotherthanNCDO T.pdf. Please include an SMP that removes a minimum of 85 percent TSS from the stormwater generated by this project.
