Thanks for your help with the payment issue we discussed for the Gerdau Ameristeel US, Inc. Steel Mill in Charlotte,
NC. As we discussed, the website indicated that we had not paid in 2019 as well as the new fee for 2020. In haste, I paid
both yesterday and while filing the electronic payment receipt, I found the receipt from 2019 with the payment
recorded. Upon speaking with you, it was confirmed the 2019 payment had in fact been paid and the website
information was incorrect. I am requesting a refund of the duplicate payment for 2019.

Attached please find the payment e-mail document from the original payment in March 2019 and electronic payment
receipts for the 2 payments made yesterday. The confirmation numbers are located on both documents. Please let me
know if you need additional information to process this refund. I also would like to know when the system is updated to
reflect both the 2019 and 2020 payments were made. Thanks
