Paul — I attached the property card from Davidson County GIS. New owners are FILER ALAINA MARIE & HORTON JOSHUA
EARNEST. Last inspection was in 2012.

Jenny —the permittee of record (Scott Reitnour) called to say he had sold the house in March 2018. He won't be paying
the annual fee.
I set the CoC to No Fee in BIMS. Until we have a new owner request a transfer of the CoC, there's no need to send
invoices to the wrong person.
