Mrs. Sexton—thanks for calling and letting me know about the ownership change for NCG550239. I've attached the
form you can complete and return so that we can transfer the Certificate of Coverage (CoC)to you.
I've also copied Ron Boone in our Winston-Salem Regional Office on this message. Ron is the inspector for Forsyth
County, so he will likely be the person to visit your system.
Ron—Mrs. Sexton is a new homeowner. She and her husband received little info from the previous owner about the
system and its maintenance requirements, etc. Please contact her [336-705-8424] and plan a site visit as your schedule
permits.They'd be grateful for any technical advice the WSRO can offer.
