In accordance with NPDES Permit NCS000255, Sections III.E.1 and III.E.2, Willoughby & Associates, Inc. (WAI), is
submitting to your office Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) for Tier Two benchmark sampling exceedance response
industrial stormwater monitoring and 2020 first semi-annual industrial stormwater monitoring conducted at Grede II,
LLC on January 31 2020. The original signed documents will be submitted to Central Files via postal mail.
