The final plans and specificatious for the subject project have been reviewed
and found to be satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted for the eonstruct-
ion of a l80,ODO GPD rater plant wastewater treatasa3t systes consisting of a 200.000
gallon equalisation basin with approsdmstely Z25 lineal feet of 8-inch decant piping,
dual 150 GPM equalisation pumps. a 30 feat diameter clarifier. dual 300 GPM sludge
pumps, four (4) vacuum sand filter units each have 800 square fast of su rfaee area,
four (4) 200 GPM filtrate pumps, and 2,685 lineal feet of 6-Inch force main to serve
the new Robeson County rater Plant.
The Authorisation to Construct is issued in accordance with Part III paragraph
C of NPDES Permit No. NCO048577 issued September 30, 1981, shall be subject to re-
vocation unless the wastewater treatment facilities are constructed in.accordanced
with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit go. NC4048577, and shall
void Permit No. 64081, issued January 27, 19819 and the Authorization to Construct
issued June 25, 1982.
