Subject: Rescission of NPDES Permit NCO024325
North Buffalo Creek WWTP
Guilford County
Dear Ms. Groome:
The Division received your request to rescind the subject permit, and
we do not object to your request. NPDES permit NCO024325 is hereby
rescinded, effective immediately. This letter is to close the permit file
for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future your municipality wishes to discharge wastewater to the
State's surface waters, they must first apply for and receive a new NPDES
permit.

wastewater flow for the City of Greensboro is now being received and treated at the T. Z.
Osborne POTW NPDES NC0047384.
Enclosed please find the final Effluent Toxicity Report for October 2017 for the North Buffalo
