Hi Toya,
I performed an inspection at the subject facility last Thursday. A couple of items
in the permit are incorrect. From the permit description: there is no "fixed film
system" . They now have a typical aeration basin. I believe that changed in the
upgrades in year 2000. There is also no "chemical feed for alkalinity adjustment" .
