Trade Street, Ste. 1030 Charlotte, NC 28202 Re: 15616 – Publix - Stormwater Management Plan – Permit: SWM15616 Dear Mr. Hampton: The Engineering Department has reviewed the Stormwater Management Plan for Publix. Upon review of the stormwater plan submitted 7/13/2017 and supporting documents submitted through 7/25/2017, the Engineering Department has granted approval of the stormwater management plan. Please note that upon completion of the project, and before a certificate of occupancy (CO) is granted, the following must be provided to the Engineering Department for review: Surveyed "as-built" plans for all stormwater management facilities or practices (to be provided after final construction is completed). The “as-built” plans shall show the final design specifications for all stormwater management facilities and practices and the field location, size, depth, elevation, and planted vegetation of all measures, controls, and devices, as installed. An as-built checklist can be found on our website. A certification, under seal, that the completed project is in accordance with the approved stormwater management plans and designs and that the as-built stormwater measures, controls, and devices comply with the approved stormwater management plans and designs.
