Dear Mr. May:
I am truly sorry about the oversight on my part for applying too much nitrogen on Zone 1 Tract
10263, Facility # 96-121. 1 didn't apply any on Zone 4, Tract 10263, Facility # 96-121. Another
oversight on my part. I'll be more careful in the future.
The Sludge Survey for Lagoons (29 & 30) # 96-121, Lagoons (27 & 28) # 96-144, and
Lagoons (21 & 22) (23-26) # 96-30 were completed in January of 2019. The paperwork from Prestage
was left in the farm office and my secretary misplaced it. Since the Violation Notice came to me, I
contacted Prestage Farms and we sent a copy to Megan Stilley. I've contacted Christopher Smith
CCA- NC # 36947 and he completed calibrations on all pumps at each farm. He also took soil samples
from all spray fields. He sent this information to Megan Stilley as well. I apologize again for my
oversight. I promise it will not happen again!
