This inspection consists of (1) a review of the permit and accompanying documentation to determine compliance with permit conditions, and (2) an on -site inspection of several collection system components. The attached inspection form notes the areas that were evaluated for the inspection, with any notable findings outlined as follows. Item of Concern — Flow Measurement. Please note that the Permit requires flow measurement devices to be calibrated at least "once per year and maintained to ensure the accuracy of the measurements is consistent with the accepted capability of that device." The facility uses a closed channel flow meter, which the operator said was difficult to have calibrated due to having no way to access a secondary measurement in or around the channel. In these cases, a secondary device that has been calibrated off -site may need to be utilized. Please ensure that the flow measurement device is calibrated as required.
