Cynthia:
I did go look at the stream yesterday and it is definitely intermittent (not
perennial). It is totally crappy and I could not find anything living in it. Lots
of stormwater going straight from the parking lots into this thing. It is piped
upstream and downstream.
Do we issue 401s with the promise of submitting a SW plan at a later date?? They
don't even provide the impervious surface. Also, they include a lot of information
on what methods they MAY use to treat the stormwater for nitrogen.
I though we like more specific plans than this??
My comments are on BIMS.
