inspection related to your stormwater permit. The Phase II requirements which your permit is
issued under requires an annual inspection to ensure structural stormwater control measures
(sometimes called BMPs/Best Management Practices) are functioning as intended.
Attached to this memo is a copy of your stormwater permit application which notes the type of
