Residents
Largest population, frequent users of
fertilizers, potential for illicit discharges and
connections,
Construction Professionals
Significant residential building activity in the
town. Often the source of complaints made by
residents.
Restaurants Owners/Operators
We have many restaurants in town, potential
issues with oils/food waste.
Students
The town has two public schools, where
environmental education can be provided to
students on stormwater matters and protecting
water resources.
Business Owners
Often businesses have significant areas of
impervious surface related to parking lots,
which may or may not have SCMs installed
depending on how long the facility has been
in use.
