Planning staff makes many materials available to developers for post -construction matters. The
ordinance requires a pre -construction meeting with staff, in which many of these resources are
provided to the developer/builder at the time. The TRC process is another opportunities for these
discussions to take place. Information is posted on the department's website and printed
materials are also available the planning department's offices.
