* I talked to the operators about the TRC issue in March. They were issued a new permit and the TRC monitoring
frequency was changed to "bimonthly" which they (and I, when they first asked me) took to mean every other month.
Central office clarified it meant twice per month and sent a clarification letter.
** I emailed'the operator in mid -April and they said they did the analysis. I asked that they send a revision. If one doesn't
come in soon (e.g. by the next time we do a review) I'd recommend sending an NOV; otherwise, no action for now.

Dear Permittee:
On June 18, 2018 Ms. Brigette Tinsley responded to the subject Notice of Violation stating that the missed analysis had
in fact been conducted and reported as required. After discussion, we concluded that a print error caused the result to
not appear on the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) that was sent for processing. Our office requested a revised DMR
be submitted to correct the discrepancy.
As of the date of this letter, our system accurately reflects that the analysis has been conducted as required. Therefore,
the Division has decided to retract the subject NOV that was issued dated June 14, 2018. Please ensure that all analysis
codes and results are accurately recorded prior to submission of the DMR. Failure to accurately report analysis may
result in future reporting violations.
