As requested per receipt of your letter dated 18 November 2009 related to the incorrect
application permitting fee concerning the on-going review of the proposed permanent pumping
facility, enclosed is a check for the $570.00 application fee. Staff review of the five copies of the
preconstruction notification (PCN) forwarded with the previous submittal is needed as soon as
possible in order to have the system available in November 2010 for operation on as needed basis
per available river flow.
